Instant flexible deposit secures your suite. Final balances are due 60 days prior to scheduled sailing.

Master's Authority

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By reserving, purchasing, or boarding any cruise vessel operated by Book My Cruise, all guests named on the reservation explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Carriage. If booking on behalf of family or traveling companions, the lead booking contact certifies authority to accept these conditions for all named passengers.

2. Reservations, Rates & Payment Schedule

Deposit Requirements: A valid stateroom deposit (or full fare, if booking within 60 days of departure) is required at the time of reservation to confirm cabin allocation.
Final Payment Deadline: Outstanding balances must be settled in full at least 60 calendar days prior to scheduled vessel embarkation.
Pricing Inclusions: Quoted cruise fares include stateroom accommodations, scheduled onboard dining venues, standard entertainment, ocean transportation, and port taxes unless specifically noted otherwise. Specialty alcohol packages, shore excursions, and luxury spa therapies are supplemental.

3. Passports, Visas & Port Clearance

It is the sole responsibility of each guest to obtain and carry all valid international travel documents, including:

  • • A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining beyond the scheduled voyage return date.
  • • Necessary tourist visas, transit visas, or electronic travel authorizations (e.g., ESTA, ETIAS, Schengen visas) required for each destination on the voyage itinerary.
  • • Failure to produce mandatory documentation at the pier will result in denial of boarding without eligibility for fare refund.

4. Health, Safety & Code of Conduct

Guest safety and onboard harmony are paramount:

Mandatory Safety Drill: All passengers must complete the mandatory SOLAS maritime safety muster drill prior to ship departure.

Pregnancy Policy: Due to maritime medical limitations, Book My Cruise cannot accommodate guests who have entered or will enter their 24th week of pregnancy at any point during the sailing.

Zero Tolerance Conduct: Violence, harassment, illicit substances, or reckless behavior threatening vessel safety will result in immediate disembarkation at the next port at the guest's own expense.

5. Itinerary Adjustments & Force Majeure

Ocean travel is subject to natural sea conditions, maritime navigation advisories, and harbor authority directives. The vessel Captain and Book My Cruise reserve the right to alter course, deviate from scheduled itineraries, omit or substitute ports of call, or delay departures in the interest of guest safety or operational necessity without carrier liability beyond standard port tax adjustments.

6. Carrier Liability Limitations

Book My Cruise liability for guest property loss, baggage damage, or personal injury is subject to the international limits established under the Athens Convention Relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea (1974/2002) and relevant maritime laws. Guests are strongly urged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical protection.
